Your senior session should reflect you and your personality and I'm here to help you capture this exciting time in your life. There is nothing quite as sweet and thrilling as the time leading up to graduation - let me help you document this time!
I want you to walk away from this experience feeling incredible! You have a ton of items on your senior check list as graduation approaches and this should be the easiest of them all! All sessions include an online gallery of the edited digital images so you can keep, download, and print at the labs of your choice. I don't put a limit on how many outfit changes you do - just know the more you change, the less time you have in front of the camera. I currently book graduates 6-8 weeks in advance. Dates go quickly! Turn around time for receiving your images is 10-14 days after your session.

How much are grad sessions?
All collections include the session itself at a location in the greater Bakersfield area, professional editing and light touch ups, and an online gallery of the digital images. You'll have permission to print at the lab of your choice and won't be limited to how many images you receive - I just remove any duplicates and edit the rest! You can bring as many outfits as you'd like to your session, just know that the more you change, the less time you have in front of the camera. I'm happy to assist you in picking a location if you're unsure of where to go! Dates are released on the first of each month. I typically book 2 months in advance for portraits.

Makenzie Girl
For over a decade Makenzie has been bringing high school senior girls together to mentor, inspire, and encourage young women preparing to graduate high school. Every year Makenzie opens up applications looking for some of the most ambitious, thoughtful, teachable incoming seniors to select for her team of Senior Reps. Senior reps are a senior in high school representing Makenzie Photography and have the opportunity to receive discounts on their senior photos by sending referrals.
Senior Reps go through a three step application process: online application, video submission, then a Facetime interview. This one of a kind enrichment program brings girls from all over Kern County to learn not only from one another, but Makenzie herself, and from other professionals in community. If selected reps can anticipate monthly meet ups to hear from a guest speakers or to participate in a styled shoot!
